In general, we utilize a selective application procedure to ensure that the most qualified candidates are hired. The application procedure includes:

Complete the application which includes a statement allowing the release of background information and references.

Reference checks are conducted prior to an interview being scheduled.

Based on the evaluation of information contained in the application, the applicant will be interviewed.

A full drug screen test and complete background check will be conducted.

If the applicant is the most qualified candidate, a job offer is made.

We will determine the applicant's job and rate of pay based on qualification and experience. If the applicant accepts the employment offer, he or she will be advised of policies and benefits during orientation.
