WASCO via New Image Services Plus Inc., has for the past several years been able to offer our automated presort services to customers that meter their own mail and economical mail room rates to our full service mail room customers This has been facilitated by a USPS program in where a % of your postage that was affixed to your mail piece was refunded to us for automating your mail. This was known as the Value Added Rebate (VAR) program. We have been processing your mail by co-mingling customers around the Mid Ohio Valley to arrive at the required minimums, effective and sufficient zip sorts. We accomplish this by using NISP’s In-house Sorting Multi Line Optical Character Recognition System (MLOCR).

We verify addresses and apply an 11 digit delivery point bar code to the mail piece and sort per destination. Thus, the majority of USPS work is accomplished and you receive a postage discount.

Utilizing WASCO Mail Services has resulted in both overhead and postage savings not to mention convenience and mail delivery enhancements.
